I’ve had great experiences with the Concord Discount Tire location in the past, which is why this recent experience was so disappointing. I stopped by to use the advertised free air service and parked in the tire check area with my yellow Jeep. I waited for about 15 minutes, with plenty of employees walking by and clearly able to see that I was waiting for assistance. No one ever came over. If free air service is something you advertise, customers shouldn’t have to sit and wait while employees walk past without acknowledging them. If the service is no longer being offered, simply remove the signs and advertising. As a longtime customer who has purchased both my tires and wheels from Discount Tire, I expected better customer service. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be returning. It’s disappointing to lose a loyal customer over something that should have been a simple, quick service.

Quick in and out service for all 4 tires. Christian was helpful on the phone, helped me quickly find the right tires and any applicable factory rebates. I was in and out in less than an hour. He re-assured me of the warranty and everything. If I had anything as far as constructive feedback, it'd be to have alignment service in shop here like some other locations!

In this economy everyone is trying to save a buck or 2, and ive always had good luck with Discount tire in the past. The staff here was courteous. I had 4 truck tires installed, and 4 trailer tires. When I got home the stick on weights were peeling off on 3 of the trailer tires, with one almost completely peeling off. After calling the location and making them aware, I noticed 2 of the rims on my truck were damaged where they pried the tires off. Unfortunately this seems to be about the type of experience you get everywhere these days.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD I will never return to this location. When I arrived, there were three customers waiting for service. By the time I parked and walked inside, there were only two customers ahead of me. During the entire time I waited, not a single employee acknowledged anyone in the lobby — no greeting, no “we’ll be with you shortly,” absolutely nothing. After waiting approximately 25 minutes without any communication or assistance, I decided to pull my vehicle up to one of the service bays in hopes that someone in the shop area would help me. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen either. I waited another 10 minutes in front of the bay with no acknowledgment from any employee. At that point, I pulled my vehicle into the bay myself, and still no one approached me or questioned why a customer was entering the service area. To make matters worse, I was able to grab a jack and begin lifting my own vehicle without a single employee stopping me or offering assistance. I then proceeded to remove my tires using Discount Tire’s own tools and completed a tire rotation by myself. After finishing the work — which took roughly 20 minutes — I backed out of the bay and

I brought my car in on 5/14 because my back tire was losing air. Turns out there was a big nail in it. Since I just purchased the car new a couple months ago, I was worried there might be an issue with the tires. The advisor took the time to explain the type of tires I had and what was normal versus what would actually be a concern, which I really appreciated. Not only was the service outstanding, but every employee I’ve dealt with at this location has been friendly, honest, and kind. That’s exactly why I’ve been a long-time customer. I forgot the advisor’s name who helped me, but he was super professional. They were able to fix my tire free of charge, and I truly appreciate it. Outstanding work, guys!
